Dr Sangita has completed her Fellowship with the RACGP. She joined Macksville Medical Centre in 2021 and has worked as a General Practitioner in rural and regional areas for the last nine years. She enjoys seeing patients from different age groups and all aspects of general practice.
Her special interests include skin checks and excisions of skin lesions; chronic disease management (chronic kidney disease, COPD, diabetes, osteoporosis); children’s health; women’s health (including contraceptive devices and treatment of menopausal symptoms); mental health; and travel medicine.
Dr Sangita is fluent in English, Marathi and Hindi.

Dr Muhammad Rafiq Azam is a General Practitioner who has devoted 25 years to general practice internationally. He obtained international Membership with the Royal College of General Practitioners (UK) in 2018 and has worked across Pakistan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Canada, enjoying working and living in regional areas.
Dr Muhammad is committed to patient-centred care, compassionate communication and individualised treatment plans to improve patient health outcomes. He provides comprehensive women’s health, men’s health and paediatric care, with a strong focus on chronic diseases, cardiovascular diseases, gastrointestinal and genitourinary disorders, skin conditions and mental health.
Dr Muhammad communicates effectively in English, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Siraiki and Arabic.

Dr Naresh Kumar completed his MBBS in Pakistan in 2011. He completed his internship at Aga Khan University Hospital and later worked in the Emergency Department at Indus Hospital, Karachi, where he managed emergency and acute medical cases.
Dr Naresh has over 14 years of clinical experience in both hospital and primary care settings. Since 2015, he has been working as a General Practitioner in the UAE.
He manages a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. He provides care for children, adults, women, men, and elderly patients. He believes in practical, patient-focused care and encourages healthy lifestyle changes to improve long-term health. Dr Naresh speaks English, Hindi, Urdu, Sindhi

With over fifteen years of experience, Kashif Ahmed holds a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy and has worked in India, Saudi Arabia and, for the past four years, in Australia.
He is a passionate physiotherapist with an interest in sports and rehabilitation therapy. He has treated a wide range of presentations such as back pain, and shoulder and knee issues. He specialises in manual therapy, falls prevention and balance training.
Kashif speaks English, Hindi, Urdu, Telugu and Arabic.
